Le Stanze
The Le Stanze Affittacamere structure offers two types of rooms (single and double) and an apartment, located in the area of the Bologna Fair. All accommodations are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, 28" LED TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, independent heating, and bed and bath linen included.
In addition, it is possible to request extra beds when booking the entire structure. For personalized quotes, please contact the manager.
Our accommodations are ideal for short stays. Please note that a final apartment cleaning is mandatory at a cost of €25. A cost of €15 is required for each requested linen change. Upon request, an extra cleaning can be performed at a cost of €25.

Please note that we only offer accommodation and smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed.
We have a convenient SELF CHECK-IN service available from 14:00. Guests can collect the keys from an automatic dispenser located at the entrance of the structure. The code for key collection and instructions will be provided after payment of the stay and submission of guests' identification documents.
Our location is strategic for reaching the Bologna Fair (1 km), the Central Station (1 km), the Villa Erbosa Clinic (1 km), and the city center (2 km) in just a few minutes.
